Both the TSA Tryout Registration / Waiver AND the USAV Tryout Waiver & Release MUST be completed by parent/guardian BEFORE tryouts begin. 

AGE DEFINITIONS
18 & under (18u) - Seniors born on or AFTER 09/01/1988
    OR Players who were born on or after September 1st 1987 AND a high school student during some part of the academic year
17 & under (17u) - Juniors born on or AFTER 09/01/1989
16 & under (16u) - Sophomores born on or AFTER 09/01/1990
15 & under (15u) - Freshmen born on or AFTER 09/01/1991
14 & under (14u) - 8th graders born on or AFTER 09/01/1992
13 & under (13u) - 7th graders born on or AFTER 09/01/1993
12 & under (12u) - 6th graders born on or AFTER 09/01/1994

*14u and 15u athletes can interchange the tryout dates for their convenience, just notify the coaches on that date if you are doing so.

Tryout Fee: $25 (one time fee for all tryouts).  Cash or check payable to TSA. 

NOTE: TSA does NOT require a deposit of any kind to secure a spot on a team.

Fee includes coaching evaluation, and tryout t-shirt.

Parent meeting will be scheduled shortly after tryouts are complete - time, day and location TBD.

A Message From The Region:
GIRLS 15's, 16's, 17's and 18 and under Divisions PLEASE NOTE: In the best interest of the High School Athletes, the Great Lakes Region is implementing a policy to begin this season.  ATHLETES who are STILL competing or practicing with their HIGH SCHOOL TEAM are NOT ALLOWED to partake in any athletic demonstrations, drills or athletic fitness testing at a tryout. You may attend and sign up for the tryout to let the Club know you are interested - and then arrange for a future tryout date AFTER you have completed your High School Season. Any Club who asks an athlete who is still in any phase of their High School season to physically tryout should be reported to the Region Commissioner immediately (Lea Wagner, 847-776-6536 or Lwagnerglr@aol.com)
